We rent enclosed trailers in two sizes, 5×10 and 6×12, and there is no maximum rental length. Three days is the minimum. After that, book it for as long as your run lasts.

Every trailer is fully insured and carries Roadside Coverage with AAA, same as the vans. Send us your pack list with your dates, and we will tell you which size fits and what is open.

How Touring Trailer Rental Works in Nashville
The trailer goes on your rental contract when you book, alongside the van, and it costs extra on top of the van rate. The 5×10 is $40 per day and the 6×12 is $50 per day.
We confirm the total with you before you commit, and what you see plus Tennessee sales and rental tax is what you pay.
Everything is first come, first served, so the earlier your dates land, the better your odds of getting the size you want. Booking takes a $100 deposit and a credit card on file.
Taking a Touring Trailer Rental Across State Lines
Out-of-state travel is fine. Take it up the East Coast, across to Texas, wherever the dates are. Canada is the only international destination we allow, so tell us at booking if you’re crossing the border.
The one rule people miss is that we don’t do one-way rentals. Every van and every trailer comes back to 915 6th Ave South. If your last date is in Denver, you’re still driving home — build that leg into the routing, not the budget, because the miles are free.
Trailers and vans are both fully insured and carry Roadside Coverage with AAA. If something goes sideways on the highway, don’t try to fix it on the shoulder. Call or text 615-336-7995 and we’ll work the problem with you.

Pairing a Touring Trailer Rental With a Sprinter Van
The setup we book most is a trailer behind a 12- or 15-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, so the people and the load travel as one unit on one contract, one pickup and one return. Everybody arrives when the gear arrives, which matters when you are trying to hit a load-in window.
Our fleet is hitch-equipped and we match the right van to the trailer when you book, so the question is what you are hauling rather than which van you reserved. Each van also has roughly a 4x4x5 area behind the seats, so anything you need to reach at a rest stop rides inside instead of being buried in the trailer.
Touring Trailer Rental for Multi-Week Routings
Most of our touring trailers go out for two weeks to a full season, and there is no maximum rental length. If the route keeps you out a month or longer, ask about Long Term Rental Discounts.
They start at one month and step at two and three, and past that we can arrange a sublease contract, meaning a longer written agreement that holds the trailer for you for the term instead of renting day by day.

Oil Changes
On a long tour, the renter changes the oil in the tow vehicle every 10,000 miles.
Damage
The renter is financially responsible for all damage to the van and the trailer
Drivers
Only the driver listed on the contract may drive. Valid licence and personal insurance required.
Deposit
A $100 deposit and a credit card on file are required to book. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, ATM/Debit.
Cancellations
Inside 48 hours, we charge the 2-day minimum.
