Music City Touring Vans LLC is a van and trailer rental company in Nashville, Tennessee. We rent Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, a Ford Expedition XLT MAX, a six-bunk touring van, and enclosed trailers out of our pickup lot at 915 6th Ave South, a few minutes from downtown.

NO MILEAGE FEES! That is the short version of who we are.

There are no hidden fees either. What you see on the fleet page is what you pay, plus Tennessee sales and rental tax.

We started out moving touring bands, artists, management companies, and record labels, and that is still a big part of what we do. But the same vans go out for a lot of other reasons.

Touring acts and crews who need gear space and a van that will not strand them between dates.

Church and mission groups moving twelve to fifteen people plus luggage, on a budget that has to be right the first time.

Families and visitors road-tripping out of Nashville or seeing the city together without splitting into three cars.

Gear & Cargo

Our Fleet of Vans

Our vans are Mercedes-Benz Sprinters in 12- and 15-passenger configurations. One of the 15-passenger vans has a smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker system, and a quick connection for a gaming console, and a second one has a smart TV.

Every van has roughly a 4x4x5 area behind the seats for luggage and gear, and one row of seats can come out if you need cargo room more than you need a seat.

We also run a six-bunk touring van built on a 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500XD dual axle, with a tour-bus-style front lounge, a kitchenette, and six bunks. For smaller groups we have a Ford Expedition XLT MAX at $250 per day, which seats seven in four captain’s chairs plus a bench and comes with a trailer hitch and a brake controller.

And we rent 5×10 and 6×12 enclosed trailers for anyone hauling more than fits behind the last row.

The mileage

The first is the mileage. On a long trip, mileage is where a rental bill gets away from people.

We do not charge for it, so the number you were quoted is the number you pay.

The second is that a real person answers. Our vans are low mileage, well maintained, and cleaned before every rental, and if something goes wrong on the road, you are talking to us.

We value the personal relationships we have built, and we look forward to creating new long-lasting ones.

Where To Find Us

Our pickup lot is at 915 6th Ave South, Nashville, TN 37203. We typically have one or two spots available at the pickup lot for band vehicles.

All rentals start and end at that lot. We do not do one-way rentals, and every vehicle comes back to Nashville.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you charge mileage?

No. We do not charge for mileage, and there are no hidden fees.

What is the shortest rental you take?

Three days on everything except the six-bunk touring van, which goes out for a one-week minimum.

Are your vans insured?

Yes. All of our vans and trailers are fully insured, and every vehicle is covered by AAA.

Do you rent to people outside the music industry?

Yes. Church groups, families, corporate teams, and event planners rent from us regularly, on the same fleet and the same terms.

Can we take a van out of state?

Yes. Canada is currently the only destination allowed outside the US.

The oil must be changed every 10K miles, and if you pass that mark you are responsible for the oil change.

Where do I see pricing?

Current daily rates are on the fleet page. Long-term and sublease rates are quoted directly, so email us your dates.

We require a $100 deposit and a credit card on file.
