Payments and deposits are handled by a third-party payment processor through our website and our card terminal. We keep a credit card on file for the duration of a rental, as our contract requires, because the renter is financially responsible for damage to the vehicle. Full card numbers are held by our payment processor under their own security standards, not stored in our email or on our website.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it. We share it only where it is necessary to run the business:
We keep rental contracts, payment records, and related correspondence for as long as we need them for tax, accounting, insurance, and legal purposes. We keep quote requests and general enquiries for as long as they are useful for serving you, and then delete them. If you want your information removed and there is no legal reason for us to keep it, ask us and we will take care of it.
We limit access to your information to the people who need it to do their job, and we rely on the security measures of the platforms we use for our website, booking, and payments. No system is perfect and we will not pretend otherwise, but we take the handling of driver and payment information seriously.

We are a Tennessee business, and our records are held in the United States. Canada is currently the only destination we permit outside the US. If you contact or rent from us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and held in the US.
Our website and our rentals are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us, and we will delete it.
Our site links to our social media pages and to Google Maps for directions to the pickup lot. Once you leave our site, those companies’ privacy policies apply, not ours.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site or rent from us after a change means you accept the updated policy.
