It’s built for bands, crews, and groups who need to sleep six and cover real distance between dates: a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter fitted with six bunks, so you get the maneuverability and fuel economy of a van with the sleeping capacity of something much larger.
This van books on a one-week minimum with no maximum, so it’s suited to full tours rather than weekend runs. (The rest of our fleet runs a three-day minimum.) NO MILEAGE FEES at any distance! So drive it as far as the tour takes you.

Every touring RV rental goes out fully fitted and cleaned:

Touring RV Rental vs a Class A Motorhome
The reason to book a Sprinter is access. It drives like a large van because it is one, so anyone comfortable in a 15-passenger van can drive it on a regular license with no air brakes and no coach-length blind spots.
It fits an ordinary parking space, an ordinary diesel pump and most loading areas, which means you are not routing the trip around where the vehicle will physically go.
The trade is the wet bath. There is no restroom and no shower on board, and a motorhome has both.
If a bathroom on board is non-negotiable for your group, book a coach from somebody who rents them. For everyone else, restrooms come with fuel and food stops and showers happen at a gym, a truck stop, a campground or a hotel.

Each bunk is its own space with its own reading light, so one person can stay up without lighting the van for everyone else. A driver curtain separates the cab from the back, which keeps dash lights and oncoming headlights out of the sleeping area and gives whoever is driving some quiet.
We will be straight about the limit of that. This is a van, so you will hear the road and you will hear each other.
Renters who sleep best are the ones who packed earplugs and an eye mask.

Booking takes a $100 deposit and a credit card on file, and rentals are first come, first served on a one-week minimum for this van, while the rest of the fleet runs a three-day minimum. Long Term Rental Discounts start at one month.
Drivers are named on the contract, each with a valid license and personal insurance, and if you would like a backup driver added, get in touch before pickup and we will sort the paperwork out with you — call or text 615-336-7995. There are no one-way rentals, so every vehicle returns to the Nashville lot.

Is this actually an RV?
It is a six-bunk Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, not a motorhome. It sleeps six with a kitchenette, climate control, water and power, and it drives and parks like a van, but there is no restroom and no shower.
Do we need a special license to drive it?
No, you just need a regular valid driver’s license and personal insurance, and your name on the rental contract. That is one of the real advantages over a coach.
How is a touring RV rental different from renting a motorhome?
Access and drivability, mostly: you park in a regular space, pull into a regular diesel pump and get into loading areas a coach cannot reach. The trade is the wet bath, and there is no way around that one.
Is it harder to park than a car?
Longer and taller, but it parks in ordinary spaces and you will not be circling a lot looking for two of them. Watch posted clearance on covered garages and give yourself extra room to stop.
How many people does a touring RV rental sleep?
Six, one per bunk. The front lounge is the awake space rather than a seventh bed, so groups larger than six pair it with one of our passenger vans.
