Nashville • Long Term Van Rental
Long term van rental in Nashville, TN for contractors and work crews, touring acts, relocating families, extended road trips, and companies on contract in town. Music City Touring Vans rents 12- and 15-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans on extended terms out of our lot at 915 6th Ave South.
Ten days, three weeks, a full season, a year, with Long Term Rental Discounts starting at one month.
NO MILEAGE FEES! Not on a three-day rental, not on a three-month one.
Every rental starts at a three-day minimum, with the six-bunk touring van at a one-week minimum, and there is no ceiling on the other end. Email us your dates, and we will tell you which option costs less.
Rates and Fees
On a long booking, mileage is where the bill gets away from people. Not here.
We do not charge for mileage, ever. Drive it across the state every day for a month and the rate does not move.
There are no hidden fees either. Tennessee sales and rental tax applies on top, and nothing else is waiting at the end.
Why Rent with Us
Whatever the reason, the terms are the same and so is the fleet.
We publish discounted long-term rental discounts at three tiers: one month, two months, and three months. Past that, we write sublease contracts.
A sublease is a longer written agreement for renters who want a van committed to them for an extended period instead of booking and rebooking. If a month or more is what you are after, a monthly Sprinter van rental covers those tiers and the sublease paperwork in detail.
Shorter extended rentals, in the ten-day to few-week range, are welcome and we do plenty of them. There is no published tier at that length, so send the actual dates and we will quote them.
Book a shorter rental at the daily rate on our booking page. Longer terms are quoted directly, because the price depends on the van and the calendar.
Van Rental Services
Every van is low mileage, well maintained, and cleaned before every rental. All are fully insured and carry Roadside Coverage with AAA.
Terms and requirements
No. We do not charge for mileage on any rental, three days or three months, and there are no hidden fees on top of your rate beyond Tennessee sales and rental tax.
Yes. Discounts run at one month, two months, and three months, and past that we write sublease contracts, so email or call with your dates for current pricing.
Yes. Ten days sits above our three-day minimum and below the one-month discount tier, so there is no published rate; send us the dates and headcount and we will quote it.
Three days, whether you are taking a Sprinter or a trailer. The six-bunk touring van is the exception and books on a one-week minimum.
Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and ATM or debit cards. A card stays on file for the length of the rental along with a $100 deposit, whether the rental runs three days or three months.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged for two days. Outside that window, give us as much notice as you can and we will work with you.
All vans carry Roadside Coverage with AAA, so call us and we will get you back on the road rather than attempting a fix yourself. On a long-term rental, the renter changes the oil every 10K miles.
Tell us the dates, the headcount, and what you are hauling. We will tell you which van fits and what it costs.
