Gear & Cargo
A 12- or 15-passenger Sprinter carries a team plus what the team is bringing. Behind the seats there is roughly a 4x4x5 area for luggage, supplies, coolers, and tools, and one row of seats can be removed for more cargo room.
One row is the maximum, so plan the headcount around it.
Distance is not a cost factor, which is usually what decides a mission trip budget. A build site eight states away is priced the same per day as a retreat an hour outside town.

How it Works

Every van is low mileage, well maintained, and cleaned before every rental. All of them are fully insured, and every van carries Roadside Coverage with AAA.

No. We do not charge for mileage, so the number you booked is the number you pay whether you drive across town or across the country.
Tennessee sales and rental tax applies on top of the rental itself.
Not by default. We run a one-driver policy, so the person listed on the rental contract does the driving, with a valid license and personal insurance.
If your group would like a second name on the contract, call or text us at 615-336-7995 before pickup and we will take care of it.
No. Our minimum is three days, so plan the trip around that even if you only need the van for a weekend.
