Mileage billing turns a clean travel line item into a variance nobody wants to explain. We do not charge for mileage.

Two things shape the planning. There is a three-day minimum, which suits most offsites as-is.
And there are no one-way rentals, so build the return to our Nashville lot into the schedule. Out-of-state travel is fine, and Canada is the only international destination we permit.
Van Rental Services
When a client or a candidate is in the van, the van is part of the impression. Every van is low mileage, well maintained, and cleaned before every rental.
Smoking is not allowed in any van, and a $500 cleaning fee backs that up.
One of the three 15-passenger Sprinters also has a smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, and a gaming console hookup, and a second has a smart TV on its own.
Smaller teams fit the 12-passenger Sprinter van rental. A full team fits the 15-passenger Sprinter van rental.
Film and production crews, install teams, and field crews all hit the same problem, which is people and cases in the same van. Behind the seats there is roughly a 4x4x5 area, one row of seats can be removed, and every van has a tow hitch if the load calls for a trailer.
If the assignment runs a month or longer, ask about Long Term Rental Discounts. There are discounted rates at one, two, and three months, plus sublease contract options.

Terms and requirements
Yes. We take Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and ATM or debit cards, and a card stays on file for the duration of the rental.
There is also a $100 deposit at booking, and we do not add mileage charges or hidden fees later.
No. We do not charge for mileage, so a day of local shuttle runs and a day of interstate driving cost the same.
Tennessee sales and rental tax applies on top of the rental itself.
Cancellations inside 48 hours of your start date are charged for two days. Outside that window, give us as much notice as you can.
The three-day minimum still applies to whatever you rebook.
Yes. Discounted rates are available at one, two, and three months, and sublease contracts are an option for longer terms.
On a long assignment the renter changes the oil every 10,000 miles, and the van still comes back to our Nashville lot at the end.
Whoever is actually driving. We run a one-driver policy, and that driver needs a valid license and personal insurance on file.
