Music City Touring Vans is a Nashville RV rental agency, and our recreational vehicle is a six-bunk touring van. It is not a motorhome.

Six-bunk means one van with six built-in sleeping berths, rented out of our lot at 915 6th Ave South with no mileage charges at any distance.

It is a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 3500XD Dual Axle. It sleeps six, and it has a tour-bus-style front lounge.

It is not a 35 foot coach.

Everything rents on a first come, first served basis. Our vans are low mileage, well maintained, and cleaned before every rental.

A $100 deposit and a credit card on file are required to book. We offer Long Term Rental Discounts at 1, 2, and 3 month rates, plus sublease options.

A sublease is a longer contract where the van stays with you for an extended stretch instead of coming back between trips.

When is not fit

Touring RV Rental Rates and Booking in Nashville

Each bunk is its own space with its own reading light, so one person can stay up without lighting the van for everyone else. A driver curtain separates the cab from the back, which keeps dash lights and oncoming headlights out of the sleeping area and gives whoever is driving some quiet.

We will be straight about the limit of that. This is a van, so you will hear the road and you will hear each other.

Is this a motorhome?

No. It is a Sprinter 3500XD Dual Axle touring van, not a Class A motorhome, and it drives and parks like a van. It sleeps six in built-in bunks and has a front lounge as the awake space, a driver curtain for privacy, a kitchenette, entertainment, power, and climate control, but no restroom and no shower on board.

What do I need to drive it?

A valid driver’s license and personal insurance. The drivers named on the contract are the ones who drive.

Put everyone who plans to take a shift on the contract, or call or text 615-336-7995 before pickup to add a backup driver. The renter is financially responsible for any damage to the van, and on long trips the renter changes the oil every 10K miles.

How many people can sleep in it?

Six, in six bunks. The front lounge is the awake space and there is a driver curtain for privacy up front.

No. We do not charge for mileage at any distance, and there are no hidden fees stacked on top of your rate.

What is the minimum rental?

3 days on most of the fleet. The six-bunk touring van is the exception and goes out on a one-week minimum.

Can I take it out of state?

Yes. Out-of-state travel is allowed, Canada is the only international destination we allow, and since we do not charge mileage, distance does not change what you pay. The van does have to come back to our lot at 915 6th Ave South in Nashville, because we do not offer one-way rentals.

Can I drop it off in another city?

No. We do not offer one-way rentals, so every trip starts and ends at our lot at 915 6th Ave South in Nashville.

The miles themselves are free, so the drive home costs you time and fuel and nothing else.

What is your breakdown policy?

Every van carries Roadside Coverage with AAA, and everything we rent is fully insured. Do not attempt a repair yourself, for your own safety.
