Pick your dates, pick your van, and we will have it ready at our lot at 915 6th Ave South. Every rental has a three-day minimum, and beyond that, you can rent for as long as you need.

The six-bunk touring van is the one exception, with a one-week minimum. No mileage fees!

Few Notes Before You Book

A few things worth knowing before you pick dates.

Three-day minimum on all rentals, except the six-bunk touring van, which books at a one-week minimum.
$100 deposit plus a credit card on file holds the van.
One driver is named on the contract, and that driver needs a valid license and personal insurance. If you would like a backup driver added, get in touch before pickup and we will sort it out.
Rentals are first come, first served. The earlier you book, the better your odds on a specific van.
No one-way rentals. Every vehicle comes back to the Nashville lot.
Cancellations inside 48 hours are charged for two days, so call or email as soon as plans change.
No pets, no smoking. A $500 cleaning fee applies if a van comes back smelling of cigarette smoke or marijuana.

12-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for smaller groups and more room per seat.

15-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter when headcount is the constraint. One of these has a smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, and a video game hookup, and a second has a smart TV.

Six-bunk touring van for trips with overnight drives.

5×10 and 6×12 enclosed trailers for anything that will not fit behind the last row.

Ford Expedition XLT MAX for smaller groups that still need towing capacity. Seats seven in four captain’s chairs plus a bench, with Apple CarPlay, leather seats, a backup camera, phone charging in every row, a large trunk, a trailer hitch, and a brake controller.

Every van has roughly a 4x4x5 area for luggage and gear, and one row of seats can be removed if you need the cargo space. Current rates are on the fleet page and the trailers are on the trailer page.

Booking A Long Term Rental

If you need a van for a month or more, do not book online. We publish discounted rates at one, two, and three months, and we write sublease contracts past that.

Email your dates and we will tell you which option costs less.

Rentals in the ten-day to few-week range are common and welcome. There is no published tier at that length, so send the actual dates and we will quote them.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can. Rentals are first come, first served, and specific vans go quickly around festival and tour season.

Is the price on the fleet page what I actually pay?

Yes, plus Tennessee sales and rental tax.

What payment methods do you take?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and ATM or debit cards.

Do I need a deposit?

Yes, $100, and we need a credit card on file.

Can I add a trailer to my booking?

Yes. Trailers are available for an additional charge, so email or call and we will add one to your contract.

Can I pick the van up outside normal hours?

Tell us the pickup time when you book and we will work it out. Email is the fastest way to sort scheduling.

What if the van breaks down?

All vehicles are covered by AAA. Please do not attempt to fix issues, for your own safety. We will get you back on the road!
