Music City Touring Vans rents 5×10 and 6×12 enclosed trailers out of our lot at 915 6th Ave South in Nashville. An enclosed trailer is a hard-sided box on wheels rather than an open flatbed, so whatever you load into it stays dry and out of sight.
Our fleet is hitch-equipped and we match the right van to the trailer when you book, so the usual setup is a van and a trailer together, moving the people and the load in a single trip.
Trailer rental is a newer part of what we do, and it is a full service, not an afterthought. Same insurance, same maintenance, same pricing philosophy as the vans.

Meet our Trailers
We keep two sizes of enclosed trailer, and both come with a rear loading ramp, a side door, strap-down tracks inside, and a spare tire.
Five by ten feet of enclosed floor, $40 per day. It hooks up with a 2 inch ball and a 4-way power connection, and it holds a band’s backline, a job site load, or the overflow from a move.
Six by twelve feet of enclosed floor, $50 per day. It is our largest enclosed trailer, it rides on dual axles, and it hooks up with a 2 5/16 inch ball and a 7-pin power connection. Two feet longer and a foot wider than the 5×10, for when the packing list gets longer.
Both are fully insured and cleaned before every rental, exactly like our vans.
The gap between them is ten dollars a day, two feet of length, and a foot of width. Take the 5×10 when you are adding capacity to a trip you were already taking, and the 6×12 when the load is the whole reason for the trip.
Our fleet is hitch-equipped, and we pair each trailer with a van carrying the right ball and connector. That means you can book a van for the group and a trailer for everything else, pick both up at the same lot on the same day, and drive off with one setup instead of two.
Trailers are available for an additional charge on top of the van rental.
It is a common setup for touring acts. It works just as well for a church group hauling supplies to a build site, a production company moving equipment between venues, or a family moving a kid into a dorm.

We do not price match U-Haul or other competitors. Vans are booked and priced through the booking page.

All of our vans and trailers are fully insured. Every vehicle carries Roadside Coverage with AAA.
If something goes sideways in the middle of a haul, do not try to fix it yourself.
