Rates and Fees
Monthly van rental in Nashville runs on the same terms as a short booking, with three differences that matter across thirty days.
Oil changes fall to the renter, every driver has to be named on the contract before pickup, and the rate drops as the term gets longer. Book the dates, put the deposit down, and the van is yours for the full term.
On a monthly booking, you are not re-entering the queue every few days. The van you take at pickup is the van you have for the term.
Same seat layout, same cargo space, same everything.
Rentals are first come, first served, so the earlier you lock the block, the more of the fleet you get to pick from.
On a monthly van rental, the renter is responsible for oil changes every 10K miles. Build them into the schedule and keep the receipts.
Every van is low mileage, well maintained, and cleaned before every rental. All are fully insured and carry Roadside Coverage with AAA.
If something goes wrong out there, call us. We will get you back on the road!
For terms past three months, we write a sublease contract. A sublease commits a specific Sprinter to you across an extended stretch on one written agreement, instead of booking and re-booking month after month.
Send us the start date and the length, and we will put the terms together.
Most monthly renters take a 15-passenger Sprinter van rental when the headcount is the constraint. One of those has a smart TV, Bluetooth speakers, and a video game hookup, and a second has a smart TV.
If your crew is smaller and you want more room per seat, ask for the 12-passenger Sprinter.
Either way you get roughly a 4x4x5 area behind the seats for luggage, tools, or gear.
One row of seats can come out if you need cargo over passengers. One row is the maximum.
Terms and requirements
One month or longer, with Long Term Rental Discount tiers at one month, two months, and three months. Pricing moves with the season and the fleet, so we quote monthly terms directly rather than posting a number.
No. We do not charge for mileage, so you can put thousands of miles on the van across a monthly hold and the rate does not move. There are no hidden fees either, though Tennessee sales and rental tax applies on top of the rental itself.
You do, every 10K miles on a monthly booking, so build them into your schedule and keep the receipt. Everything else stays with us, including full insurance and Roadside Coverage with AAA, so call us if something goes wrong on the road instead of trying to fix it yourself.
Yes, on a sublease contract, a written agreement that commits a van to you across an extended stretch instead of booking and rebooking month after month. Send us the start date and how long you need it and we will put the terms together.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged for two days. Outside that window, give us as much notice as you can and we will work with you, and the three-day minimum still applies to whatever you rebook.
Tell us the start date, how long you need it, and the headcount. We will tell you which van fits and what it costs.
