Nashville • No Mileage Fees
12-Passenger Sprinter Van Rental in Nashville
A 12-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the van most Nashville groups actually need. It carries a full crew, it handles closer to a large SUV than to a bus, and it leaves our lot at 915 6th Ave South with no mileage fees attached.
Music City Touring Vans has rented Sprinters out of Nashville since 2021. We own and maintain every van we rent, and each one is cleaned before the keys change hands. Rates live on our booking page with the rest of the fleet, plus Tennessee sales and rental tax.
- Seats 12
- No mileage limits
- Insured + AAA
Sizing It Right
Why Twelve Seats Is Usually the Right Call
Most groups guess high on capacity and end up hauling rows nobody sits in. Count heads first. If you are moving eight, ten, or twelve people, the 12-passenger Sprinter is the honest fit, and you are not paying to move empty benches.
The trade is simple. You give up three seats and get a van that is shorter, easier to park, and far less intimidating for a driver who has never handled anything bigger than a family SUV.
Easy to Drive, Easy to Park
A 12-passenger Sprinter fits standard parking structures and hotel decks, and it works in the tighter venue lots around downtown Nashville where a longer van has to circle the block. Backing into a load-in spot is a normal maneuver, not an event.
If your headcount runs past twelve, the 15-passenger Sprinter van rental is the next step up in our fleet.
Who It Fits
Groups That Book This Van
Smaller touring acts and crews
A four or five piece with a tour manager and someone on merch, plus the gear that rides with them.
Church and mission groups
A youth group headed to camp, a choir driving to a regional service, a mission team running to the airport.
Families and visitors
Reunions, a wedding party shuttling between hotel and venue, or relatives in town doing Broadway and the Opry in one van.
Corporate and event teams
Offsites, client visits, and conference shuttles where everyone needs to be in the same van on the same schedule.
Nobody here is the main customer. The same van goes out on a tour routing one week and a family reunion the next. If you are still sizing your party, our group van rental page walks through it.
NO MILEAGE FEES!
That is the question we get most, and the answer never changes. Drive as far as the trip takes you. There are no hidden fees either. What you book is what you pay, plus Tennessee sales and rental tax.
Every van is fully insured and carries Roadside Coverage with AAA. The fleet is low mileage and well maintained. If you are driving in from out of town, we keep one to two spots at the lot for your own car while you are gone.
Gear & Cargo
Packing a 12-Passenger Sprinter
There is roughly a 4x4x5 area behind the last row for luggage and gear. For most groups this size, that covers bags, instruments, and a cooler.
If it does not, we can pull seats. A maximum of one row comes out, which buys a noticeably bigger cargo area. Every van also has a tow hitch, and we do rent 5×10 and 6×12 enclosed trailers for an additional charge. An enclosed trailer is a hard sided, lockable box trailer rather than an open flatbed, so gear stays dry and out of sight. Ask us about trailer sizes when you book, or start from our homepage to see everything we rent.

Renting for a Month or Longer
Some groups need the van parked with them instead of returned every few days. We offer Long Term Rental Discounts at one, two, and three months, and we write sublease contracts. A sublease is a longer agreement that keeps the van assigned to you for the whole term instead of handing it back between trips. Extended mission assignments, seasonal work, and long runs of dates all fit. Start on our long-term van rental page.
Questions About the 12-Passenger Sprinter
Is a 12-passenger Sprinter hard to drive?
No. If you are comfortable in a full-size SUV or pickup, you will be fine. The driver needs a valid license and personal insurance.
Will it fit in a parking garage?
It fits standard parking structures and hotel decks. Check posted clearance heights the way you would with any van.
We have nine people. Should we book the 12 or the 15?
The 12. You get the seats you need without the extra length, and it is the easier van to park downtown.
How many people does it seat?
Twelve.
Are there mileage limits?
No. Drive as far as the trip takes you.
What holds the reservation?
A $100 deposit and a credit card on file.
Can two of us split the driving?
No. Only the driver named on the contract.
What happens if the van breaks down?
Every van is covered by AAA. Please do not attempt a repair yourself, for your own safety. We will get you back on the road!
