  • Is there a minimum rental day requirement? 3 day but we also offer long term rentals as well as sublease options!

  • How do I cancel? If you need to cancel for any reason please call or email ASAP. If cancelled with less than 48 hours notice there will be a 2 day minimum charge.

  • Is the price shown on the van fleet page the price we pay for rental? Yes, plus TN sales and rental tax.

  • Do you offer long term rental discounts? Yes we offer 1, 2 and 3 month discounted rates, as well as sublease options.

  • What is your breakdown policy? All vehicles are covered by AAA. Please do not attempt to fix issues for your own safety. We will get you back on the road!

  • What make and model of vans do you currently have? Mercedes Benz 12 or 15 passenger sprinter vans a 1 bunk van

  • Do you clean the vans before renting? Yes, our vans are fully cleaned prior to rentals.

  • Do your vans have entertainment systems? We offer 2 15 passenger sprinters with a state of the art smart tv and bluetooth speaker system along with a quick connection for your gaming system!

  • Do the vans have trunk space? Yes, each van has about 4x4x5 area for luggage/gear.

  • Who can drive the van? Only the listed driver on our contract. Driver must have personal insurance and a valid drivers license.

  • Are you insured? Yes, all of our vans and trailers are fully insured.

  • Do you have any parking for the bands vehicles at the pickup lot? Yes, we typically have 1 or 2 spots available.

  • Who is responsible for damages? The renter is financially responsible for all damages to the van.

  • Can we go out of state with van? Yes.

  • Can we use trailers? Yes, we have them for rent for an additional charge.

  • Do you charge mileage? NO!

  • Can we cross the US border? Yes, Canada is currently the only location allowed outside of the US.

  • Can you remove seats? Yes, but limited to only 1 row removed.

  • Do you do one way rentals? No, all vehicles MUST be returned to lot located in Nashville TN.

  • Do you require a deposit? Yes, $100 and we must have a credit card on file.

  • Do we have to change the oil while on tour? Yes, every 10K miles the oil must be changed. If you pass that mark on your tour you are responsible for an oil change to prevent any vehicle issues.

  • Are pets allowed? No, pets are not allowed due to allergy concerns for future clients.

  • Can we smoke in the van? 100% NO. There will be a $500 cleaning fee charged if vehicle is returned with the scent of cigarette smoke or marijuana.
